Nice sign, a few small things

I bought a custom neon logo for my home office. The sign itself is really well made and looks sharp on the wall. The colors are vibrant and it was easy to hang up with the kit. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around 15 days total. I also noticed that the power cord was a little shorter than I hoped, so I had to use an extension, which is a minor inconvenience. Overall, I'm happy with the product and the value, but faster shipping or a longer cord option would make it even better.

I've ordered from both. Custom Neon felt a bit more expensive for similar designs, and I actually preferred the mounting options from Néon Déco. Quality wise, both are pretty good.

Their configurator is actually pretty good. I made a fairly detailed logo with multiple colors and it showed up accurately. You can usually tweak it quite a bit.

I used the configurator for a two-color design and it worked fine. If it's super intricate, maybe send them an email just to be safe, but it's pretty robust.

Yeah, for custom pieces, it's often tough. Standard products might be easier to return but anything made-to-order usually isn't eligible unless it's damaged or wrong.
